Our ceremony will take place at 2:00 pm at St. Rose Roman Catholic Church. The church is located on 603 Seventh Ave., Belmar, NJ. Directions to the church are as follows: From the North: Take GSP South to Exit 98 toward Belmar/Wall Twp (Rte. 138 East) for 3.8 miles. Merge onto 35 N via the exit on the left for 1.4 miles. Turn right onto 8th Ave. (before bridge). Go through one light & church parking lot is on the left side behind the church. Front entrance of church is located on the corner of 7th Ave. and E St.
The reception will begin with cocktail hour at 6:00 pm at Clarks Landing Yacht Club located at 847 Arnold Ave., Point Pleasant, NJ 08742. Shuttle service to and from the reception will be provided from the Point Pleasant Manor. Directions to Clarks Landing: From the North: Take GSP South to Exit 98 toward Pt. Pleasant (Rte. 34 South). Keep left at the fork in ramp. Merge. Pass through 1 roundabout and continue to follow Rte. 34 S for 3-4 miles until it merges with Rte. 35 South. Continue on Rte. 35 S. After crossing over the Manasquan River Bridge, make a right at the 3rd traffic light, which is Arnold Ave. Follow Arnold Ave approx. 4 blocks to Clarks Landing Yacht Club on the right side.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Point Pleasant Manor located on 310 Sea Ave (Rte.35 S) Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742 (732-899-7300). Reception Shuttle provided. Directions to PP Manor from the North: Follow the Clarks Landing directions above but do not turn right onto Arnold Ave. Instead stay straight & continue on Rte. 35 South until Rte. 35 intersects with Rte. 88. Keep left/striaght at the fork onto Rte. 35. The PP Manor will be up ahead on the right side. With the reception being so close to the beach there are no big hotel chains in the area or most are closed during the "off-season". Other accommodations in the area are: The White Sands Oceanfront Resort in Point Pleasant Beach, The Bentley Inn Bed & Breakfast in Bay Head, or The Quality Inn in Point Pleasant.
After the ceremony might be a good time to check into hotel for those staying the night but first follow the wedding trolley 5 blocks to the beach for a group picture and scenic drive! Directions from St. Rose Parking lot on 8th Ave to PP Manor: Go straight (east) down 8th Ave. 5 blocks to Ocean Ave. Turn left on Ocean Ave. to follow the trolley for pictures on 2nd Ave. beach -OR- turn right on Ocean Ave toward hotel----drive 1.6 miles down beach then turn right onto Brighton Ave. Drive 1 mile then turn left onto Rte. 71 South. Continue on 71 for 3.4 miles through beach towns (Sea Girt, Manasquan, Brielle) until merging with Rte. 35 South (baring left). Follow 35 S 2.4 miles to hotel on right side (Follow same hotel directions above). We can't wait to see everyone on our wedding day!
