Our story starts over ten years ago when we were sixteen years old and both worked at Taco Bell.  We were friends back then, and lost touch when Tiffany moved to San Diego. Shortly after Tiffany moved back she was reunited with Nick through a co worker of hers, Nick and Tiffany decided to meet up for a dinner to catch up on the last few years and have been together ever since. 

Nick asked Tiffany's dad permission to marry her on New Year's Eve 2010.  One week later, while eating dinner at one of their favorite restaurants, Nick seemed a little strange.  He was eating at a very fast pace and Tiffany was annoyed with his inability to keep a conversation and the speed that he was eating.  When they both had finished their meals Tiffany got up to put on her coat and Nick told her he wanted to wait until he had finished his iced tea. Tiffany rolled her eyes and sat back down.  After the check was paid and the server had walked away, Tiffany stood up again to leave and Nick grabbed her hand, looked into her eyes and dropped to one knee.  He said her full name, told her he loved her, presented the ring, said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, and asked if she would spend th rest of her life with him.  Tiffany yelled "absolutely!" and pulled Nick up for a kiss and a hug.  If you ask Nick how the story went, he would say that Tiffany snatched the ring from his hand and immediately jammed it onto her finger. :) That's still open to interpretation.
